近年来嘉兴经济得到快速发展,其中工业发展最为迅速。工业快速发展的同时,随之而来的是能源的大量消耗和碳排放量的大幅增加。工业碳排放是社会碳排放的主体。因此,在全球应对气候变化,发展低碳经济,倡导节能减排的大背景下,嘉兴要发展低碳经济,打造低碳城市首先要促进工业低碳化,努力降低工业的碳排放。
本文首先对嘉兴的工业发展状况进行分析,以了解工业发展现状,再结合历年来工业能源消耗量和GDP增长的相关数据进行统计分析,得出碳排放的相关数据图表并与周边几大城市进行了工业碳排放比较,揭示出嘉兴工业低碳化发展中存在的问题与制约因素,最后针对嘉兴工业低碳化发展中存在的问题与制约因素提出几点对策建议。

ABSTRACT
In recent years jiaxing economic developed rapidly most rapid development of industry. Rapid industrial development and at the same time, along with the energy of consumption and carbon emissions increase. Industrial carbon emissions is the subject of social carbon emissions. Therefore, in the global climate change, low carbon economy, advocated the development background of energy conservation and emissions reduction, jiaxing to develop a low carbon economy, make low carbon cities first to promote industrial low carbonation, and work to reduce industrial carbon emissions.
In this paper, first, the industrial development in jiaxing analyzed in order to understand current industrial development, combine the industrial energy consumption over the relevant data and GDP growth statistical analysis, the relevant data that carbon emissions with surrounding a few big cities charts and the industrial carbon parison, industrial low carbonation in jiaxing reveals the problems existing in the development and restriction factor, finally based on low carbonation in jiaxing industrial problems existing in the development and restriction factor, puts forward several countermeasures.
