摘要:著名经济学家乌家培先生曾经这样说道:“20世纪最伟大的发明是计算机,计算机最伟大的发展是因特网,因特网最伟大的应用是电子商务。”[1]科技和互联网快速发展的21世纪已经成为一个信息高速发展的时期,互连网已经进入了社会的各行各业,特别是在商务领域,这些都预示着电子商务时代已经到来。在这样的发展趋势下,企业逐渐建立起自己的网站展示并销售自己产品和服务,互联网的发展又为电子商务的未来打下了坚实的物质的基础,在高校中,学生人数不断的增加也将扩大高校电子商务的市场规模,越来越多的学生采用网购的形式进行消费,对商家和企业来说,这无疑意味着一个巨大的、高素质的新型消费市场的形成,我们不可小看高校电子商务市场将占据未来消费市场的一部分份额。本文从一般电子商务和高校电子商务的概念入手,先指出了高校电子商务的特点以及开展高校电子商务的意义;接着在对高校电子商务实发展进行分析;然后制约高校电子商务开展的因素进行探讨,接着以A大学为实例,提出开展方式,最后提出A大学电子商务的建议。

In this paper, the general concept of merce and merce start on campus, first point out the features of campus merce and to carry out the significance of the campus merce; Then, the campus merce development conduct on the real analysis .Then, for the campus to carry out the process of merce to explore the ,carry out the methods and mendations of merce in Jiaxing University
