文档介绍：屮小房地产企业融资困境及对策研究摘要在我国市场经济体制改一革的进程中,房地产行业C经逐步发展为市场经济的重要纟H•成部分,成为推动国民经济增长的重要动力。但同时,屮小房地产企业内部很多问题也凸显出来,其屮融资困境问题表现得尤为突出。近年来中小房地产企业得到长足发展,为促进市民就业,为拉动经济发展做出了巨大贡献,但部分屮小房地产企业融资问题现彖层出不穷,不仅影响了企业的发展,还破坏了国家经济的稳定。因此,笔者以我国中小房地产企业融资困境为研究对象,描述我国屮小房地产企业融资困境的现状,指出融资环境约束、历史特征约束等是我国屮小房地产企业存在的主要融资困境问题。运用相关理论深入分析我国屮小房地产金业融资困境问题的成因,指出企业有形资源实力不强、企业无形资源竞争力较差、白有资金严重不足、融资渠道过窄是导致我国屮小房地产企业融资困境的具体原因。在此基础上,提出了加快融资多元化进程,加快融资政策的支持措施的多样化,努力提高企业自身的力最解决屮小企业融资困难的屮小房地产。【关键词】中小房地产企业融资困境融资渠道IAbstractIntheprocessofeconomicreforminChina'smarket、therealestateindustryhasgraduallydevelopedintoanimportantpartofthemarketeconomy、,paniesalsohighlightedmanyinternnlproblems,,smallrealestatebusinessbyleapsandbounds,topromotepublicemployment,,somesmallrealestatecorporatefinanceissuesemergingphenomenon,notonlyaffectsthedevelopmentofenterprises,hecountry'seconomicstability・Therefore,theauthorofChina'ssmallandmediumenterprisesfinancingdifficultiesofrealestateforthestudy,accordingtotheNationalBureauofStatisticsreleaseddataandsomesmallrealestatebusinessrelatedinformation、describethestatusquoofChina'ssmallandmediumenterprisesfinancingdifficultiesofrealestate,financeandenvironmentalconstraintspointedout,-depthanalysisofthecausesoftheplightofrealestatecorporatefinanceissues、notingthatcorporatestrengthisnotstrongphysicalresources、petitivenessofenterpriseintangibleresources,aseriousshortageofownfunds,,eleratethediversificationprocess,ounternieasures.【Keywords]SmallandMedium-sizedRealEstateEnterprise;FinancingWays;FinancingDifficultiesII目录. 4—■ 22国谢 16III江西财经大学普通木科毕业论文1前言1」研究意义目前,我国屮小房地产企业融资问题形势严峻,融资问题曰益加剧,若不及时解决,不仅会影响金业白身的发展,还会影响到国民经济的稳定,
