随着通信行业的竞争日益激激烈,各运营商迫切需要利用信息手段实现先进的管理流程,
而工作流技术是电信运营支撑系统/业务务支撑系统(OSS/BSS) 解决方案的关键技术之一。工作
流建模作为工作流管理系统的核心一环,在整个业务务流程管理的生命命周周期中扮演着驱动动和和统
帅的角色。鉴于目前前大多数建模方法将工作流模型视为一个整体而不能满足各方面的需求,
论文提出了一种分层的工作流建模方法,即将工作流模型划分为逻辑抽象层与语言描述层两
层,并将此方法运用于移动动通信运维流程的建模中。
论文提出了基于层次 Petri 网和和 BPEL 语言的建模模型 HPB-WFM (Hierarchy
Workflow Model Based on BPEL) 。一方面利用 Petri 网严格的形式化化定义和和丰富的分析技术,
在逻辑抽象层中使用层次 Petri 网进行抽象描述,可以实现对流程建模的有效性和和正确性分析;
另一方面鉴于 BPEL 作为 SOA (面向服务务)架构中功功能强大的计算机可执行标准语言,在语
言描述层使用 BPEL 语言完成对流程的定义,以保证模型的实用性。
基于 HPB-WFM 模型,论文详细研究和和分析了逻辑抽象层与语言描述层间的转换与联系,
并在此基础上设计实现了一种建模工具 HPB-WFM Editor ,然后以移动动通信管理系统中的基
站建设流程为例,建立了该流程的 HPB-WFM 模型,最后通过流程的正确解析证明了
HPB-WFM 模型的正确性和和可行性。

ABSTRACT
With the increasingly petition munications field, operators urgently need to
implement advanced management process using information means, while workflow is one of the
key technologies in munication OSS/BSS modeling of workflow is the core of
the development of workflow management system, in the entire life circle of business process
management, it plays the role of a driver and mander. Through studies and practice, we find
that if the modeling of workflow is seen as an entirety, it can not meet all the needs well. Based on
the analysis and studies on work operation and maintenance process and
its model, according to the problem of modeling of workflow, a kind of hierarchical layering
method is presented in this thesis, which is the model of workflow is divided into two layers, which
are logical abstraction layer and language description layer.
In light of the strict formal definition of s and abundant analytical technology, as well
