煤炭城市转型期城镇化动力机制研究--以山西晋城市为例

摘要
城镇化是由传统、落后的农业社会向现代、文明的工业社会和信息社会演进的
过程,是先进生产力和先进文化培育、升华的过程,体现了社会生产方式和生活方
式的质跃与优化。因此,一直以来,对城镇化发展的研究都是我国城市问题研究中
的重要课题。而煤炭城市在我国的城市发展历程中又占据着非常重要的地位,对国
家经济发展有着众多不可磨灭的贡献。尤其是近年来,伴随着煤炭资源的逐渐枯竭
和城市问题的日积月累,城市转型发展成为各个煤炭城市面临的重要问题。在这种
背景下,煤炭城市城镇化有怎样的发展趋势?如何借转型之机走一条集约高效和环
境友好的新型城镇化道路?是当前煤炭城市亟待解决的重要课题。因此对煤炭城市
转型期的城镇化发展研究,有着非同一般的现实意义。
文本选取城镇化动力机制为研究对象,通过典型煤炭城市晋城市的案例分析及
其与一般煤炭城市的对比研究,分析研判现阶段煤炭城市城镇化特征和转型发展对
城镇化的影响效果,并在此基础上,构建煤炭城市转型期的城镇化动力机制以及相
应的战略布局。全文共分为四个部分:
第一部分为绪论,阐明论文课题来源、研究背景、相关概念界定以及国内外煤
炭城市转型和城镇化动力机制的相关研究成果,并在此基础上提出论文研究的意义
和思路。
第二部分,论文二、三章,现阶段煤炭城镇化特征及转型期城镇化动力机制的
一般规律研究。通过晋城市的案例分析,研判现阶段煤炭城市城镇化发展的特征和
动力机制;并深入解析煤炭城市转型发展对城镇化的影响,构建科学合理的转型期
城镇化动力机制及相应的战略布局。
第三部分,论文四、五章,以晋城市为案例,实际分析转型期城镇化动力机制
的演变趋势,并提出适应转型期城镇化发展需要的规划对策。
结语部分总结了全文观点,并指出本研究之不足,以及对未来研究作出展望。

Abstract
Urbanization is a process of evolution from traditional and unenlightened rural
society to modern, civilized and informational society; a process of cultivation and
distillation for advanced productivity and advanced culture, in which optimization of the
way of life and production has been embodied. Therefore, it has been an important issues to
research on development of urbanization inter our urban problems researches. And the
coal city as contributing much more to national economic development is very important
in our city development process. Especially in recent years, with the coal resources
depleted and urban problems that accrue every day, transformation and development has
e very important to the coal city. Against this background, what is the
developmental tendency of urbanization? how to follow the road of industrialization with
more effective and friendly? All very important to the coal city. Therefore, it has great
practical significance to research on the urbanization development in the coal city.
