我国出口商品结构变动及其影响因素分析

摘要
改革开放 30 年以来,我国对外贸易发展取得举世瞩目的成绩,其对经济增长的
拉动作用也越来越显著。分析外贸结构中的商品结构更是国际贸易理论和实证研究
中延续最久和最核心的领域之一。研究出口结构对一国经济发展非常重要。国际金
融危机的爆发将我国进行出口结构优化调整推到了关键时刻。
本文将结合最新的贸易数据,详细分析中国的贸易现状,改革开放以来出口商
品结构的变动情况:初级产品和制成品在出口总额中的比重变化情况,制成品内部
结构变化。并进一步分析我国出口商品贸易方式的变动和我国高新技术产品出口的
特点。得出结论:我国出口商品结构有了一定程度的优化。
采用通用的 SITC 分类法结合贸易竞争力指数,显示性比较优势指数两种方法分
析我国出口商品相对比较优势的现状及变化情况,同时引用 LALL 的技术含量分类
法进一步计算显示性比较优势指数,分析各不同技术含量类产品比较优势的变化情
况,更细致的分析中国出口商品的技术含量现状。得出结论:中国在初级产品和资
源类产品上长期具有比较劣势,在服装等低技术产品方面具有很强的比较优势,机
电产品的比较优势有一定的提升。但是代表一的中等技术产品并不具有
比较优势。
结合中国具体情况,分析影响我国出口商品结构的因素,总共归纳为六点:国
际产业转移、技术进步、贸易政策、产业结构、外商直接投资和资源禀赋的变化。

Abstract
China started its reform and open policy in 1978, now 30 years have passed and its
international trade has got great achievement. It is more and more remarkable that foreign
trade is pushing the economics growth of China. The analysis of modity
structure of trade structure is one of the longest and most core fields in international trade
theory and empirical study. It is of vital importance for a country to do research on its
export structure. The eruption of international financial crisis made it urgent for us to
optimize the export structure of China.
Using the latest data the author firstly shows what is going on to Chinese export and
import, then what happened to modity structure since reform and open policy,
which contains two points. One is the varying percentage of primary product and industry
product in the whole export product during the past 30 years. The other is the inner
structure variance of industry product since 1978. In addition, the author discusses the
change of export trade method structure and the characteristics of high-tech exports of
China. A conclusion can be inferred through the analysis and study that the export
