变电站的静止无功补偿装置设计

摘要
我国电网无功补偿容量不足和配备不合理,特别是可调节的无功容量不足,快速响应的无功调节设备更少。冲击性负荷更会使得电网无功功率不平衡,将导致系统电压的巨大波动、善变,严重时会导致用电设备的损坏,出现系统电压崩溃和稳定性被破坏事故。因此,对变电站进行无功补偿具有非常重要的作用。
为了解决变电站无功补偿和提高电压合格率的问题,本文在深入研究国内外无功补偿装置的基础上,提出并设计了基于磁控电抗器的动态无功补偿方案(MCR+FC)。本文研究了无功补偿的原理,阐述了电力系统无功补偿的重要意义、发展史和现状,详细分析了几种无功补偿装置的原理、结构及其优缺点,分析了磁阀式可控电抗器的基本结构和工作原理,建立了仿真模型。用Matlab模块对磁阀式可控电抗器的模型和基于磁阀式可控电抗器的补偿模型进行了仿真分析。最后验证了MCR+FC型无功补偿装置的可行性。

Abstract
There is inadequate in the capacity of reactive pensation and unreasonale of equipment, especially inadequate in the adjustable reactive power capacity and less in the rapid response of reactive power condition in China's Power Grid. Impact load will make grid reactive power imbalance and this will lead to the great fluctuations and flicker of grid voltage, more seriously to the damage to electrical equipment, voltage collapse and the destruction of the grid stability. Therefore, the substation pensation is a very important role.
In order to solve the reactive pensation and improving voltage quality in substation, the scheme of static reactive pensation based on ic valve controllable reactor is presented and designed. In this paper, the principle of static reactive pensation is researched; the basic structure and the operation Principle of ic valve controllable reactor as the key technique of SVC are analyzed, and the simulation model is built. Simulation analysis for the MCR and pensation model by the PSB model in Matlab software are gave; by measuring and analyzing the power quality of substation 35kV bus bars , the scheme of static reactive pensation based on MCR is designed effectiveness and feasibility of the scheme with the MCR and FC for pensation are verified by simulation at the end of this paper.
