摘要
近年来,滤波器件由于在通信系统以及静噪领域至关重要的地位而倍受关注。与
此同时,随着通信技术的发展,元器件的小型化、集成化、高性能以致低成本要求愈
来愈迫切。低温共烧陶瓷技术(low temperature cofired ceramic,)得到了越
来越广泛的应用。本文主要内容是关于两种不同用途的 滤波器件设计。
在 的三大要素——材料、工艺、设计中,本文主要以现有工艺水平为前提,
侧重阐述 器件的合理设计方法。本文以 器件的产业化为目标,主要研究了
带通滤波器和 共模滤波器的设计。文章首先对 器件设计的方法和流程
做了整体描述。同时,对组成 的基本元件做了详细介绍。
滤波器是通信系统最常用的器件之一。本文介绍了 滤波器基本的设计理论,
以集总参数模型电路为原型,得到了一款 带通滤波器。重点分析了谐振器之间
的耦合形式,采用电容耦合得到了较好的耦合效果。同时合理利用了寄生效应,得到
了通带以外的传输零点。
共模滤波器在静噪元件领域用途广泛。本文详细介绍了共模器件方面的基础知
识,分析了各种共模滤波器的优缺点,介绍了 共模滤波器结构及设计方法。并
引入先进的测试方法——混合模 S 参数测试法。接着介绍了一般的 共模滤波器
设计法。最后提出了自己的创新结构,并对其未来发展作了大胆预测。

Abstract
In recent years, filter has attracted much attention as it plays a very important role both
in munication system and EMI field. With the development munication
technology, the small-size, integrated, high performance and low-cost RF and microwave
devices are the current trend. (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) has achieved
more and more application. This paper will present the design method of filters based on
technology for two different applications.
In the three major elements of technology---- material, process and design, this
paper focuses on the design and researches of the devices based on the current
processing qualification. It introduces the general method and flow of the design of
devices. Meanwhile,it has a detailed introduction with the ponent used in
.
Filter is the monly used device in munication system. The
bandpass filters achieved in this paper are based on the theory of lumped element circuit,
and discussed focus on the coupled characteristic between resonators, and achieved good
performance by electric coupling. Then it introduce two transmission zeros by making use of
the parasitical effects.
Common mode filter is widely used in the EMI fields.
