社会资本对大学生就业影响研究-以甘肃省部分高校为例

摘要
随着高校招生和就业方式的改革,近年毕业生就业压力居高不下。在人力资
本和社会资本共同对就业产生影响的背景下,本研究重在探讨社会资本对大学生
就业的影响作用。
首先,将国内外学术界对社会资本的概念和理论体系做一回顾,并对已有的
相关研究的研究对象、方法及有代表性的研究结果做出总结。
其次,利用了《甘肃省高等教育规模扩展与劳动力市场衔接研究》课题在
2007 年和 2008 年甘肃省部分高校毕业生的调查数据,进行了实证分析:第一,
从社会资本的运行和在求职途径中发挥的作用上进行了分析;第二,从社会资本
的不同表现形式上分析了其对就业结果的影响;第三,从不同角度比较分析社会
资本,发现社会资本在不同群体间存量有所不同、获取社会资本所使用的关系不
同、社会资本在毕业生期望月薪中表现有差异,从而进一步验证社会资本在就业
中占据重要的位置。
最后,从整体分析的结果看,甘肃部分高校毕业生已经意识到社会资本对就
业的重要作用,但由于地缘、亲缘关系的差异和自身社会网络关系存量的不足,
大学生在更好的利用原有资源的同时还需要积累和构建新的社会资本。

Abstract
With the reform of university enrollment and employment mode, employment
situation of undergraduates was under much pressure in recent years. In the
background of both influence of human capital and social capital on employment, in
this thesis, the author paid more attention to discuss the effect of social capital on
undergraduates’ employment.
First of all, the author reviewed conception and theoretical system of social
capital in domestic and overseas academia and summarized investigated subject,
methods, and typical study results of informed related research.
In the next place, the author used data of 2007 and 2008 from the project
“Research bination Between Higher Education Scope Extension and Labour
Market in Gansu Province” to make empirical analysis: firstly, to analyze on
operation of social capital and its effect in applying for a job; secondly, to analyze
influence on employment results from different manifestation modes of social capital;
thirdly, by analyzing social capital from different angles, to find difference of social
capital stock in different groups, difference in relationship of obtaining social capital,
and difference of social capital in undergraduates’ prospective monthly e,
