兰州城市旅游竞争力综合评价研究

内容摘要
城市为现代旅游业发展做出了重大贡献。一方面,城市作为现代旅游的主要
客源地和游客集散地,为旅游业发展提供了直接或间接的服务支撑;另一方面,
城市本身还是重要的旅游目的地,城市旅游已成为现代旅游的重要组成部分。很
多目的地城市已将旅游产业作为当地经济社会发展的支柱产业或重点战略产业
加以培育,城市旅游竞争日趋激烈。本论文运用经济学、旅游学等相关理论和方
法,界定了城市旅游、城市旅游竞争力等基本概念,并借鉴竞争力相关评价模型
及相关研究方法,通过选取相关指标,从旅游业发展业绩、旅游竞争潜力、旅游
环境支持力三个方面构架了城市旅游竞争力综合评价体系,主要评价方法为层次
分析法。为研究兰州城市旅游竞争力状况,在分析兰州旅游业发展现状的基础上,
另选取西安、成都、西宁、银川、乌鲁木齐 5 个周边省会城市作为对比城市,通
过对比分析认为:兰州城市旅游综合竞争力在西部六省会城市中排名靠后,位列
第五,仅仅强于西宁。西安、成都两市城市旅游综合竞争实力最强,分别居于第
一、第二位。兰州城市旅游竞争力低其主要原因在于旅游资源条件先天不足,旅
游环境支持力受经济社会发展状况,尤其是生态环境制约,以及多重因素导致的
旅游发展处于低水平状态。针对上述情形,本论文提出以下关于提升兰州旅游竞
争力的对策和建议:其一,充分发挥政府主导作用,加强对旅游产业发展的扶持;
其二,突出地域特色,实施品牌带动战略;其三,加强区域旅游协作,建设大兰
州旅游经济圈;其四,加强基础设施建设,改善城市旅游环境;其五,加强旅游
人才队伍建设,实施人才兴旅战略;其六,加大旅游宣传促销,提高城市影响力。

Abstract
Modern cities have made a significant contribution to tourism development. On
the one hand, cities act as the main source of modern tourism and visitors center;on
the other hand, The city itself is also a major tourism tourism has
e an important part of modern tourism industry. A considerable number of
destination cities have taken tourism as pillar industries or key strategic industries in
local economic and social development,petitive of urban tourism is ing
increasingly paper defined the basic concept such as urban tourism ,
petiteveness by the use of economics, tourism and other related theories
and methods. Based on petitiveness evaluation model and related research
methods, the paper selected the relevant evaluation index ,and designed an Urban
petitiveness Evaluation System which include tourism developing
performance, petitive potential and tourism developing environment.
Main evaluation methods is AHP. To study the situation of LanZhou urban tourism
competitiveness, the paper analysis the status quo of tourism development, and
selected Xi'an,
