摘要
在新的竞争环境下,原有的基于单一企业的质量管理模式已经不在具有比较优
势,不能为企业提供新的增值空间,甚至为了满足顾客更高的质量需求,反而会增
加质量成本。因此,在供应链管理环境下,质量管理必须进行变革,以适应新的竞
争的需要。本论文尝试从对基于单一企业的质量管理模式分析入手,分析其在新的
竞争环境下的不适应性,并提出在供应链质量管理环境下的解决方案。文中讨论了
供应链环境下质量管理的委托代理机制、新的供应商质量控制方法、6σ在供应链质
量管理中的应用等问题。最后对供应链质量管理的风险以及对策进行了分析。
本论文提出了供应链管理环境下,供应商质量管理的新思路――联合质量管理,
并将联合质量管理定义为:在提供顾客满意的产品质量的前提下,供应链上的节点
企业间为降低质量管理成本、提高响应速度、培养质量的持续改进能力,而达成的
共同管理质量的合作策略。同时,在分析传统供应商质量管理局限性的基础上,从
八个方面对联合质量管理的合作策略进行了描述。本论文还对 6σ方法在供应链质量
管理中的应用进行了探讨,同时结合 A 公司采用 6σ的方法控制原材料质量的真实案
例,详细分析了 6σ方法在供应商质量管理中的应用。通过案例的最后结论可以看出,
6σ方法在供应链质量管理中发挥了重要的作用。本文还对供应链环境下,上下游企
业间的委托代理问题进行了研究,并阐述了对合作伙伴逆向选择问题和道德风险的
解决方法。

Abstract
In the new environment petition, the quality control which is formed in
managing environment of sole enterprise didn’t has parison predominance, it
could not provide the new increment space for the enterprise.. Even in order to satisfy the
customer’s higher request of quality, the quality cost would be increased. Under the
environment of supply chain management, the quality control must be innovated to adapt
the petition’s request. This paper tries to analyze the quality control beginning
from sole enterprise's pattern. Investigating its problem under the petition
environment, and finding the solution. The paper discusses that Principal-Agent of quality
control in the supply chain environment, the new method of Supplier’s quality control, the
use of 6sigma in the SCM. Finally, the paper also analysis the risk and countermeasure of
supply chain’s quality control.
This paper offers the new thought of supplier-quality management—Jointly Managed
Quality (JMQ),and gives the definition of JMQ—In the condition that providing the
