基于价值链管理的企业动态竞争优势研究
摘要
企业赖以生存的市场环境是在不断变化的,同时科学技术的迅猛发展也不断
刺激着企业的变化,全球化的知识经济时代已经到来,这种变化正在加剧,已经
演变为一种动态复杂环境。在这种新的竞争环境下,企业所面临的不确定性因素
增多,竞争对手间的战略互动节奏明显加快。竞争优势的创造与毁灭速度不断加
快,竞争优势的持续时间正在急剧缩短。
传统的竞争战略理论往往是在一个相对静态和确定性的环境前提下研究竞
争优势的问题,认为竞争优势可以直接转化为持续竞争优势。但是随着市场竞争
和技术创新的加剧,动态复杂环境已经成为当今绝大多数企业所面临的客观竞争
环境,如何在动态复杂环境中获得持续的竞争优势成为了今企业战略管理的核心
问题。动态竞争优势理论比较充分的克服了传统竞争优势理论的不足,将环境的
动态变化作为战略分析的前提,并将与竞争对手间的动态博弈作为关键因素纳入
分析框架中。
因此,本文从动态复杂环境的研究视角,结合价值链管理理论,分析了企业
在动态复杂的现实客观环境下建立动态竞争优势的途径。本本主要注重理论和逻
辑分析,为进一步的实证研究和应用奠定基础,为动态竞争优势的研究提出了一
个新的研究角度和分析方法。
本文共分六章:第一章为研究背景、研究意义、论文创新点、研究方法以及
论文框架介绍;第二章阐述了价值链理论与企业战略管理理论的概念、研究方法
和发展历程;第三章对动态竞争理论进行了分析;第四章探讨了基于价值链管理
的企业动态竞争优势模型的设计过程;第五章运用耐克公司的战略管理实际案例
进行分析;最后一张,提出了结论和展望。

Research on enterprise’s petitive advantage
based on the management of value chain
ABSTRACT
Along with the rapid development of science and technology, globalization and
knowledge economy, the market is frequently and constantly changing, which has
e a plex environment. In such petitive environment,
companies are facing increasing uncertainty, strategic interaction petitors
significantly speed up the pace. The speed of the petitive disadvantage’s
creation and destruction increases, which sharply shortens the time of maintaining the
enterprise’petitive advantages.
The traditional petition strategy usually studies petitive
advantages in a relative static environment, believing that it can change into
continuous one directly. However, along with increasing of the petition
and technology invention, how to obtain the petitive advantages
es a key problem in the enterprise strategic management. Comparison of the
