摘要
近年来,我国的火灾形势比较严峻,连续发生了多起特大和重大火灾。迅速采取
有力措施减少火灾损失已成为社会各界密切关注的重大课题。国家公安部联合下属四
所火灾研究所进行攻关,并且取得相应的成绩,性能化设计方法应用的实例也越来越
多,比如鸟巢,水立方,国家都剧院这些超规建筑体都无法用传统的防火设计方法进
行设计,均采用了性能化消防设计的方法。
性能化设计方法基于消防工程学,依据特定建筑物的火灾特性确定其防火设计方
案,为工程实践中的实际问题找到了科学的解决办法。性能化设计方法包括两大部分
为火灾烟气分析和人员疏散的研究。本文根据目前建筑防火性能化设计的方法,以大
型商场A为例,从性能化设计的角度去分析大型商场的火灾特性以及致灾因素,判断
大型商场的危险源,设计火灾,设置不同的火灾场景,分别对商场各种火灾下场景的
人员疏散情况进行模拟,定量的计算出火灾下人员疏散的时间,通过定量和定性的软
件分析,判断该商场是否安全,即在发生火灾时人员是否能迅速及时的撤离到。
通过实例分析得出大型商场性能化设计中人员疏散时间的计算方法,不仅符合建
筑规范的要求,并且对建筑体超规部分进行逐个分析,使其安全性得到改善,同样对
其他功能的建筑体人员疏散的计算也有一定得意义。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, the fire situation is fairly severe in our country, which often happen a number of
serious fires. It is an important issue to take effective measures to reduce fire losses. In the current,
our country mitted to study the performance-based design approach. The National Ministry of
Public Security Institute have researched and have obtained the corresponding grade.
Performance-based design methods have more and more examples of application, such as Bird's Nest,
Water Cube, the National Theater, which are super-regulatory building using a performance-based fire
protection design approach.
Performance-based fire protection design method is based on the fire engineering, and determine
fire protection design program for the engineering practice, find a scientific solution way to solve the
actual problem. Performance-based design methods include two major parts for the fire flue gas
analysis and the people evacuation research. This paper based on the current performance-based
building fire safety design method for large-scale shopping mall, study fire safety evacuation and put
forward plete specific methods of calculating the evacuation time. For shopping malls as an
