摘要
“十二五”期间,党中央提出要继续调整经济结构,实现经济增长方式转变。因此,
经济结构调整仍是未来一段时间国家和各地区经济工作的重点,而经济结构调整的关键
是实现产业结构的优化升级。只有抓住产业结构调整这条主线,才能最终实现区域经济
整体质量的提高。
目前,冀州市既面临着许多重大发展机遇,也将面对更多的严峻挑战。冀州市如何
抓住机遇,充分利用自身条件,实现经济增长质的飞跃,已成为了一个紧迫的课题。本
文基于以上背景,对冀州市产业结构调整问题进行了研究。本文主要由以下六部分组成:
第一章绪论介绍了本文的研究背景和内容、研究方法和意义,以及创新点,指出了冀州
市产业结构的特殊性、代表性以及研究的必要性,并确定了本文的研究框架和总体思路,
最后介绍了产业结构调整的相关理论和文献综述。第二章分析了冀州市的产业结构现
状,包括其总体特征以及内部结构。第三章在上一章分析的基础上,指出冀州市产业结
构存在的问题。第四章运用熵值法计算出冀州市各产业的综合评价指标值,并筛选出玻
璃钢、采暖铸造、化工、农产品加工、汽车配件这五个主导产业,以便使产业政策更加
合理和有针对性。第五章结合冀州市当地产业结构特点,有针对性地提出了一些政策建
议,为冀州市经济发展提供了新的思路。第六章是对全文的总结,介绍了本文的研究结
论、存在的不足以及对未来的展望。

Abstract
Abstract
In the “12th five years” period, the Central mittee proposed that we must
continue to adjust the economic structure, and transform the way of economic growth.
Therefore, in a future period of time, the readjustment of the economic structure was still the
economic work’ key point for the country and various local, but if we want to realize the
readjustment of the economic structure, we must optimize and promote industrial structure.
Only that we hold the master line of industry restructure, and we can realize the enhancement
of regional economies overall quality finally.
At present, the Jizhou is facing a number of major development opportunities, and will
face more challenges. How the Jizhou seizes opportunities, and makes full use of its own
conditions, so that achieve a qualitative leap in economic growth, has e a pressing issue.
Based on the above background, the Jizhou conducted a study of industrial restructuring. This
paper consists of the following ponents: The first chapter introduces the research background
and content, research methods, significance and innovation to tell the special structure of the Jizhou,
representativeness and the need to study, and determine the framework for this study and the overall
pla
