摘要
汽车产业是国民经济发展的重要支柱产业,汽车产业的自主创新涉及国家经
济安全、各个工业产业的发展,是保证国家创新能力的重要一环。目前,我国汽
车产业技术创新能力较弱,企业严重缺乏核心技术、自主知识产权和自主品牌。
在全球经济一体化和中国市场全面对外开放的大环境下,只有正确认识二十年来
产业发展的缺失,从根本上分析问题所在,以自主创新推动企业技术进步和产业
结构升级,才能应对越来越激烈的国际竞争,抓住机遇,使汽车产业逐步发展成
为独立自强的优势产业。
论文的研究对象是我国汽车产业的自主创新能力,在考察整个产业环境的基
础上,从产业主体——企业的角度展开分析讨论。本文研究的主线是:在考察了
我和汽车企业自主创新能力现状的基础上,分析了阻碍
我国汽车产业技术进步的根本原因,并深入探讨了汽车企业提升技术创新能力的
关键因素,并从政府和企业两个角度,提出了提高我国汽车产业自主创新能力的
对策思考。
论文的结论是:第一,我国汽车产业主要存在合资经营和自主开发经营两种
模式。自主开发企业虽然规模较小,但是具有自主开发优势;合资拥有资金、技
术、规模等优势,虽然不具备自主开发能力,却为汽车产业的发展进步奠定了基
础。第二,自主开发能力是实现自主创新的关键所在。企业只有积极进行自主开
发实践,才能逐渐培养自身能力,实现自主创新。第三,我国的汽车产业存在非
常好的发展机会。不论是合资企业还是自主开发企业,只要注重自主开发实践,
积极把握住机遇,一定会实现自主创新,取得巨大的进步。

ABSTRACT
As one of the most important major industry in our national economy, auto
industry’s indigenous innovation has a great impact to national security and other
industries’ development. It guarantees the whole countries’ innovative ability’s
growth. Nowadays, the auto industry’s technology ability is weak, and the auto
enterprises have a serious lack of core technology, intellectual property and
independent brands generally. In the condition of economic globalization and market
opening, we must recognize the deficiency of our industry development and the
ultimate problem, we should use the indigenous innovation to pull the enterprises
technology progress and industrial upgrading on, and eventually we will make it to
manage to severer petition, and it will be growing to be a
self-improvement superior industry.
The innovation ability in auto industry of our country is this paper’s researching
objective, base on the industry environment, we start the analysis on the enterprises’
view, the industry’s major structure. The leading clue is that: in the basic of
summarizing and reviewing the achievements in innovation research at home and
