商业银行股权结构与绩效关系的实证研究

摘要
自从我国商业银行实行股份制改革以来,商业银行的治理效率有了很大的提高,
但是目前还存在着诸多的问题,制约了商业银行绩效的提高。随着公司治理理论的
发展,特别是股权结构与公司绩效理论的提出,国内外学者更注重从股权结构角度
研究商业银行的治理。
本文立足于国外商业银行竞争压力和金融危机的大背景,从股权结构与银行绩
效关系角度研究商业银行治理。本文的研究主要分为五大部分。首先,回顾金融危
机及国外商业银行竞争压力的背景,并提出研究思路。其次,对国内外研究现状做
了分析和总结,为本文奠定了理论基础。接下来,介绍了股权结构与绩效理论,并
且在此基础上提出了本文的研究假设,建立了商业银行大小股东之间的委托代理模
型。最后在假设的基础上,通过数据样本的收集,采用 Eviews 软件和计量模型的方
法,对我国上市商业银行股权结构与绩效之间关系做了实证分析,并且依据实证结
果提出了相应的对策及政策性建议。
本文以国内八家上市商业银行作为研究样本,通过对股权结构与商业银行绩效
关系的研究,特别是建立模型并且实证分析,从中找出影响商业银行绩效的主要股
权结构因素。一方面可以为以上市或者即将上市的商业银行构建合理的股权结构提
供现实性的理论指导,提高银行自身的治理效率,另一方面可以为政策决策者和监
管部门制定相关政策,以及加强管理提供参考依据。

Abstract
Since the reform of shareholding system in China’mercial banks, the governance
efficiency mercial banks has been improved greatly. However, there are still many
problems, constraining mercial banks to improve their performance. With the
development of the theory on corporate governance, especially the equity structure and
corporate performance theory, scholars at home and abroad have undertook much research
mercial bank governance from the perspective of equity structure.
This paper mainly studies the governance situation in China’mercial banks from
the aspect of their equity structure and performance, facing petitive pressure and
financial crisis of mercial banks. This paper is divided into five parts. First, we
review the context of financial crisis and petitive pressure of mercial
banks, and then propose our research ideas. Second, the author analyzes and summarizes
the study status quo at home and abroad, to lay a theoretical basis for this paper. Third, we
give a brief introduction about the theory of equity structure and performance,and propose
the research hypothesis of this paper,then build the principal-agent model between large
