基于广西贵港糖业集团股份有限公司循环经济的技术创新研究

摘要

本文以循环经济和技术创新相关理论为基础,运用比较分析法和系统分
析法,通过分析贵港糖业集团股份有限公司(以下简称贵糖)围绕循环经济
开展的技术创新历史与现状,对贵糖在新竞争形势下应采取的技术创新路径
和对策进行研究。
首先,论文对循环经济和技术创新基本理论进行分析,重点研究技术创新
概念、分类、特点、作用、技术创新与循环经济关系;其次,简单介绍贵糖
的基本情况与特点;包括贵糖组织架构、人力资源结构、产品结构和公司特
点;分析 20 世纪 90 年代中期以来贵糖围绕循环经济开展技术创新方面所取
得的成果;分析贵糖现行技术创新模型的运作过程及其存在的问题,进而提
出贵糖未来选择的技术创新模型;再次,提出了贵糖提高技术创新效率的系
统对策;即通过对立生态化技术创新理念、调整企业技术中心设置、建立合
理的激励机制、重视并加强企业文化建设、加强科技政策研究等努力,使贵
糖实现技术创新的生态价值转向,增加其发展循环经济的技术基础;最后,
在总结论文内容的基础上,指出了论文存在的不足以及后续研究的基本构想。

Based on the Sugar Industry Group Co., Ltd. of Guangxi Guigang
cycle of economic research for technological innovation

ABSTRACT

The article takes the circulation economy and the technological innovation
correlation theories as the foundation, and uses parison analytic method
and the system analytic method, according to analyzing Guigang Sugar Group, Inc.
(hereinafter referred to Guitang) on the economic cycle in the history of
technological innovation with the status quo, I will research Guitang in the new
competitive situation to be taken by the path of technological innovation and
countermeasures.
First of all, the article analyses the theory of the circulation economy and the
technological innovation, the focal point researches technological innovation
concept、classification、characteristic、function、technological innovation and
circulation economic relationships;secondly, I simply introduce the Guitang’s
basic situation and characteristic; it includes anization construction,
human resources structure, product structure pany characteristic; I analyze
the Guitang round the circulation economy developing the technological
innovation obtain the achievement Since the mid-1990s; analyze the Guitang’s
technological innovation model of working process
