厦泉漳成长三角区域整合及其调控机制研究摘要
摘要
厦门、泉洲、漳州是福建省经济和城市化水平最发达地区,却是
东南沿海城市连绵区中相对较弱的低谷地带。对厦泉漳地区进行区域
整合是新形势下加强区域协调与合作,发挥城市与区域最佳效率,保
障区域生态安全的重要机制。
全文主体部分为三章,同绪论与结论共有六个部分组成。
论文的第一章,首先介绍国内外相关理论研究进展的基础上对其
做了简要评述,认为“成长三角”理论适合作为指导厦泉漳区域整合
的主要理论依据。此外,对区域整合的调控模式进行归纳,借鉴区域
管治理论研究,提出协作网络调控模式。最后,总结国内外区域整合
经验与模式的基础上,对厦泉漳区域整合研究提出启示。
论文的第二章,依据成长三角理论,对厦泉漳区域整合的现状分
析,共分为四节。阐释区域发展阶段判断,并分析成长三角形成发展
的基础条件、制约因素与动力机制,为下面将要提出的区域整合的途
径与模式奠定基础。
论文的第三章,分析区域整合的目标与内容的基础上,提出厦泉
漳区域整合的途径与模式。分别通过产业整合、空间整合、生态整合
三个途径及区域整合的具体模式来实现对厦泉漳地区的区域整合。
论文的第四章,分析厦泉漳城市联盟机制运行现状的基础上,应
用协作网络调控模式,对城市联盟的运行机制提出改进策略,并指出
厦泉漳区域整合的最终趋向是走向制度平衡。
本文的研究旨在为厦泉漳地区构建成长三角经济板块、区域协调
发展提供理论上的依据和实践上的指导,也期望为其它城镇密集地区
的发展提供参考。

Abstract
Xiamen-Quanzhou-Zhangzhou are regions that have the highest
level of Fujian’s economy and urbanization,but at the same time,are the
weaker zone of the southeast coastal megalopolis. so Regional Integration
is an important method to strengthen the cooperation among
Xiamen-Quanzhou-Zhangzhou areas ,to achieve the most efficiency
between cities and regions,and to ensure regional ecological security.
Chapter1, firstly, the author has introduced the relevant theories
both home and abroad and that’s development, and made mentary
of these theories. The author has divided the Growth-Triangle-theory as
the main theoretical basis. Secondly, the prehensive proposes
network governance by summarizing the adjustment mechanism of the
regional integration and referencing the results of research of regional
governance. Finally, based on the introduction of the domestic and
foreign experience and pattern of the regional integration, the author has
put forwoard Lessons for study of regional Integration of X-Q-Z .
