摘要
在经济全球化和区域一体化的内在驱动下,以大城市为中心的城市群、
大都市圈已逐渐成为二十一世纪国家参与全球竞争与国际合作的基本地域
单元。
中共十七大报告明确提出“支持海峡西岸和其他台商投资相对集中地
区经济发展”。“海西”建设首次写入党中央的文件,进一步凸显福建在
全国范围内开展区域合作、扩大对外开放中的作用,为正在建设中的海峡
西岸经济区带来了前所未有的契机。在国家建立海峡西岸经济区的背景下,
厦门、泉州、漳州三个城市在地理位置和自然条件上的相似性以及在历史、
经济和文化上的关联性,客观上形成了一个相对完整的地域单元,其内外
集聚和扩散功能强劲。因此厦泉漳三市在发展各自经济应进行良性竞争的
同时,通过强化城市之间资源的互补与错位共享,凝聚闽南“金三角”的
整体竞争力,促进福建整体经济的提升。
本文以构建厦泉漳城市群为研究对象,在回顾和评述国内外城市群的
研究基础上,引出了城市群经济整合研究,探析了其内涵与特征。然后,
对厦泉漳三市之间竞争与合作关系进行深入地剖析。最后,在科学分析厦
泉漳城市群经济发展状况、整合现状的基础上,以区域协调思想为指导,
探讨城市群内部之间应形成互动互补、错位竞争、分工合作的功能结构,
并提出了相应的经济整合策略。

Abstract
Under the inherent drive of the economic globalization and the integration
of regional economy, urban agglomerations and the metropolis enclosures that
take the central city as the core are ing the fundamental regional units for
countries to take part in the petition and international cooperation in
the 21st century.
The report of the Seventeenth National Congress of munist Party
of China (CPC) make it clear the it will support economic development on the
west shore of the Straits in Fujian Province and in other areas where Taiwan
investment is concentrated. “The economic development on the west shore of
the Straits in Fujian Province ” is written into the party’s document for the first
time which is further highlighted the important role of Fujian Province in
promoting regional cooperation and expanding open up and it also provide a rare
opportunity for West Taiwan Strait Economic Zone ( WTSEZ ) .On the
background of building WTSEZ on the national level,the cities of Xiamen、
Quanzhou、Zhangzhou which are similar in geography and natural condition and
also correlated on history、economy and culture form paratively integral
