文档介绍:摘要摘要经过多年的水利建设,武澄锡虞区防洪能力基本达到20年一遇的标准,然而与地区经济的飞速发展,经济总量不断增大,已有的20年一遇治理标准己不能适应经济社会发展的需要。此外,区域下垫面变化、城市化进程的加快、防洪对象的转移、地下水过量开采引起的地面沉降、圩区排涝动力的增加和区域水环境问题,将增大区域洪涝灾害压力,削弱已建工程的防洪能力。因此,编制太湖流域武澄锡虞防区洪规划具有十分重要且迫切的现实意义。论文紧密结合区域的实际,以数模计算、定量化分析为主要手段,对区域洪涝灾害和成灾原因、设计典型年及设计洪水、现状工程能力、区域治理工程措施、非工程措施等进行了较系统的分析论证。主要内容如下: ,认真总结区域洪涝灾害,得出区域成灾原因和面临的防洪形势: ,选定治理标准,并通过实况降雨典型的分析,选定合理的典型年,明确设计暴雨的缩放方法和地区组成,选定合适的设计时段, 采用降雨径流模型推算设计洪水。 ,依据已有工程格局合理提出区域治理工程思路,通过多方案的定量计算和分析论证比较,提出了区域治理工程, 同时明确了非工程措旖,从而形成完整的区域防洪除涝减灾体系。 ,进行投资估算和经济效益分析,从经济角度上,分析工程实旖的效益。关键词:太湖流域、武澄锡虞区、设计洪水、洪水复核、防洪规划、非工程措施 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT many years’water conservancy works,the flood control capacity of Wuchengxiyu region has rated at areturn period of ,讪tll the quickly economic development,the economic gross isincessantly hamessing standardhas notadapted totherequirement ofthe development ofeconomy and ,with thechange ofunderlying surface condition,the large-scale urbanization,the conversion offlood controlobjects,land surface sedimentation forthe excessively exploitation ofgroundwater,the increase ofdrainage power inthepolder,and thewater environment problem ofbasin,the flooding andwaterlogging disasterofbasin willbeincreased andthefloodcontrolcapacity ofprojects builtwill , pilation fortheflood control planning ofWuchengxiyu region ofTaihu basin is veryimportant andsignificative.
