中国科技论文在线//. 利益相关者视角下企业社会责任履行与政#府监管博弈分析**商华,闫丽丽5 (大连理工大学管理与经济学部,辽宁大连 116024) 摘要:企业承担的社会责任往往会与企业的营利性相冲突, 政府有必要加强监管, 促使企业履行其社会责任。本文建立了企业社会责任履行和政府监管的博弈模型,从短期效益和长期效益两个方面进行分析,识别出政府监管的成本、政府对不履行社会责任的企业不予查处导致的损失、政府实施监管时对不履行社会责任的企业查处的概率、以及查处时给予的惩罚等10 是影响企业是否履行社会责任的重要因素。最后,根据我国的实际情况,为政府部门提出了建议。关键词:企业社会责任;政府监管;博弈分析中图分类号: 15 Gambling analysis of implementing corporate social responsibility and governmental supervision from the perspective of stakeholders Shang Hua, Yan Lili (Faculty of Management and Economics, Dalian University of Technology, 20 LiaoNing DaLian 116024) Abstract: ICorporate social responsibility will often conflict with the profit of enterprise, the government needs to strengthen supervision, urging enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility.
