文档介绍：供应链管理环境下企业采购流程优化项目研究一以A公司采购流程优化项目为例专业名称:项目管理工程硕士硕士生:周主业指导教师:田宇教授姜荆博士摘要物流管理作为一种先进的管理方法和管理技术,现在已被广泛的认为是企业在降低物资消耗、提高劳动生产率之外的“第三利润源",它在国民经济和社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。采购管理是企业物流管理环节中最重要的一环,作为企业生产经营活动的起点,它涵盖了从供应商到最终需求之间的物流、资金流以及信息流的全过程,其在减少库存、提高产品质量稳定性、降低整体物流成本、提高企业资金利用率以及提高企业客户服务水平等方面发挥着极其重要的作用。对采购流程的优化,能够加快企业物流系统的整体运行效率,有利于提高企业的核心竞争力。业务流程再造(BPR)作为一种新的管理方法,被视为企业获得竞争优势的重要手段。本文从现代物流供应链管理理论和业务流程再造理论出发,结合A公司采购物流系统的实际运行现状,依据ASME的方法,对A公司采购业务流程现状进行了分析、诊断,明确了影响A公司原材料库存水平、产品准时交货率的核心业务流程及其存在的问题,然后提出了流程再造的方案。同时,通过运用层次分析法(AHP)的方法,对现有采购流程中供应商评估方法的不科学性进行了改进;运用线性规划的模型,对现有客户需求预测的不准确性进行了改善。最后通过项目开展半年多以来反应采购流程运行状况的一些指标数据来总结此次采购流程优化项目实施的效果,验证了项目的成功。关键词:业务流程再造,采购流程优化,层次分析法,供应链管理 The Optimization Project Study ofPurchasing Process for Enterprise inSCM Environment Major:Master ofProject Management Name:Zhou Zhuye Supervisor: Yu ABSTRACT As anadvanced method and technology ofmanagement,Logistics Management hasbeen regarded widely as‘'thethirdprofit source”foranenterprise plays more and more importance intheimprovement ofnationaleconomy and social development.
