电动车制动盘盖的成形复合模具

摘要: 厚 2 5 mm 的电动车制动盘盖有着复杂的形状和较高的制造精度。通过对某型号制动盘盖的结构和冲压工艺
分析和计算, 制定了一套可行的成形工艺, 设计了一付多工序复合模具, 在此模上完成冲孔、拉深、切边和镦压等
多工序。介绍了该成形复合模具的结构、制动盘盖的冲压过程和模具的设计要点。该模具已用于实际生产, 冲压件
满足技术要2 求2 。 2 2

Abstract : The high manufacture precision of the brake shield with thickness of 2 5 mm plicated shape used in
electric car was satisfactory using exact stamping technique. A feasible forming technique was framed , and one multi
ple posite die was designed in order to plish the punching , extending , cutting and forging base on
the analysis and account for the configuration and stamping technology of brake shield. posite die structure ,
stamping process of brake shield and key point of die designing were introduced. The obtained moulds are permitted to
be used in real production and the products are satisfactory.
