文档介绍：摘要粮食是人们日常生活中必不可少的产品,也是能够保证国家政治经济持续稳定发展的物质基础,因此,粮食在人们生活、生产中所占的重要位置是不言而喻的。在农业生产中保障粮食安全和使其长期稳定发展是占有重要地位的,为了发展农业产业并保障农民利益必须实施粮食补贴政策。粮食安全、农民收入以及农业产业效率的提高都会受到粮食补贴政策的影响。内蒙古自治区在2003年开始实施粮食直接补贴政策, 该项政策是对种粮农民进行直接补贴,改变了以往的补贴方式。本文以内蒙古粮食直接补贴政策绩效为主要研究对象,建立对内蒙古粮食补贴政策绩效的评价指标体系,对其进行综合评价,以STATA统计分析软件为数据分析工具, 对内蒙古粮食直接补贴政策绩效进行了较为全面深入的研究。通过研究得出的结论是:内蒙古粮食补贴政策绩效综合评价值是逐年上升的,但其中粮食直接补贴政策在增加农民收入方面的影响不是十分的明显。关键词:粮食补贴;政策绩效;绩效评价 Evaluation of The Grain Subsidy Policy in Inner Mongolia Abstract The product of food is necessary in People's Daily life, it is material base in the national development about political and economic, therefore, food is important in people life and production. Ensure food safety and make it stable development is an important position in agricultural production, carry out the grain subsidies in order to develop the agricultural grain subsidies policy can influence the grain safety, the farmers' e and improving the efficiency of agricultural industry. In 2003,Inner Mongolia autonomous region to carry out the grain direct subsidy policy, the policy has altered the way about it is direct subsidies to grain farmer. This paper’s main research object is the evaluation of the grain subsidy policy in Inner Mongolia, establish the system about the grain subsidies policy ,and application about STATA statistical analysis software for data analysis tools to carry on the comprehensive can have the conclusion about the study: Inner Mongolia food subsidies performance comprehensive evaluation value is rises year after year, but among them the grain policy in direct subsidies to increase farmers' e is not very the influence of the obvious.
