文档介绍:论文题目:矿井轨道运输车辆垂向耦合振动研究工程领域:机械工程硕士生:张世怀(签名) 指导教师:任中全(签名) 摘要每年由于煤矿车辆振动带来了很大的经济损失,为了控制矿车运行过程中的振动现象,确保矿车平稳、安全运行,有必要研究矿车与轨道的耦合振动特性并寻求一种有效的控制振动的方法。矿车可以简化为四自由度弹簧—质量—阻尼系统,轨道可被看作是铺设在连续弹性道床上的伯努利—欧拉梁,矿车和轨道之间的耦合依靠轮轨作用力。在力学模型的基础上,数学模型和仿真模型分别建立,利用 MATLAB 软件中的组件 Simulink 作为仿真工具对矿车和轨道的变形振动过程进行模拟仿真分析。从而得到了矿车在轨道上运行过程中,车体的振幅与矿车运行特性、轨道平顺性及矿车连接装置之间的关系,为矿车车体振动的控制提供了理论依据。论文针对实际生产中的安全需要,设计了一种新型的金属丝网减振装置,该装置拥有良好的减振特性,使用了新型减振装置后,通过仿真看到减振装置可以控制车轮和轨道之间的作用力,从而有效保护了矿车轮对及轨道运行线路。关键词: 矿车;耦合振动;伯努利—欧拉梁;仿真; Simulink 研究类型: 应用研究 Subject :Vertical Coupling Vibration of Rail Vehicle of Mine Engineering : Mechanical Engineering Name :Zhang Shihuai (Signature ) Instructor :Ren Zhongquan (Signature ) ABSTRACT The coal mine conveying accidents caused by tramcar vibration bring great economic loss to the country and the people every year. So it is necessary to st udy the coupled vibration characteristics between tramcar and track, and seek effective vibrati on control methods. The tramcar is simplified to four degrees of freed om spring-mass-damper system. And the track is regarded as the Bernoulli-Euler Beam which is located on the continuous and elastic ballast covering. The tramcar and the track are coupled by the force existed between the wheel and track. Based on this mechanical model, the mathematical model and the simulation model are established respectively. Simulink ponent of MATLAB is used as a simulation tool to simulate the vibration course of the tramcar and the track dynamically. Based on the analysis, the elements that affect the vibration of tramcar body are obtained, so these analysis can be used to control the vibrati on of tramcar. According to th e practical production safety requirements, a new work vibration re duction device is designed. It is known from simulation that the force between the tramcar an d the track is controlle d because of the using of this new vibration reduction device, and the wheels and railway can be protected.
