创建安全社区营造平安环境
——香蜜湖安全社区建设综述

【摘要】本文介绍了香蜜湖街道不断创新理念,夯实安全社区建设的思想基础;加强领导,
夯实安全社区建设的组织基础;加大投入,夯实安全社区建设的物质基础;多方参与,夯实
安全社区建设的群众基础的具体做法和香蜜湖街道针对高风险人群、高风险环境,策划了12
项安全促进项目,开展长期、持续、覆盖不同性别、年龄人员的伤害预防工作,使社区安全
环境及脆弱群体安全水平得到有效提升,得到辖区单位和居民群众充分认可的过程。

Building munity, Building Peaceful Environment
– Introduction of the Honey Lake munity Building

Abstract: This paper introduces the methods and the foundations of Honey munity to
enhance its munity building: taking the continual improvement concept as its ideological
foundation; taking strengthening of leadership as anizational foundation; taking enlarging of
input as its material foundation and the multi-party participation as its mass foundation. 12 safety
promotion programs covering both genders and all ages, environments, and situations were
introduced. The effect indicated that munity’s environment improved and the safety level
of the vulnerable groups raised effectively, which are fully recognized by the unities and residents
locating around.
