论文题目:我国民营上市公司股权结构对现金持有量的影响研究专业:企业管理硕士生:卢卫青(签名) 指导教师:王新红(签名) 摘要改革开放以来,我国的经济有了翻天覆地的变化,民营经济在这一期间迅速发展,民营上市公司成为我国证券市场的新生力量,在中国资本市场中发挥着越来越重要的作用。现金持有问题是公司理财中的一个重要领域,不少西方学者对这一领域给予了不同程度的关注。本文通过实证研究,对我国民营上市公司的股权结构对现金持有量的影响进行了考查,并希望通过研究结果及分析,从民营上市公司股权结构改善的方面加强对现金持有量的管理。本文首先回顾了现金持有量的一般理论和相关研究,并对民营上市公司及其股权结构与现金持有量的现状进行了分析。其次,以2005年至2009年民营上市公司作为研究样本,选取了衡量现金持有量指标、企业股权结构的五项指标及八项财务指标,构建了回归分析模型,采用相关分析及回归分析方法,对我国民营上市公司股权结构对现金持有量的影响进行研究。研究结果表明:民营上市公司股权结构中法人股比例与现金持有量在5%的显著水平上负相关;高管持股、股权集中度、股权制衡度与现金持有量在1%的显著水平上正相关;流通股比例与现金持有量呈正相关,但是没有通过显著性检验。本文进一步分行业进行回归分析,得出民营上市公司股权结构对现金持有量的影响因行业不同而有所差异。最后,根据本文的分析结果,结合当前我国民营上市公司股权结构的现状,提出降低民营上市公司的股权集中度,建立相互制衡的股权结构;改进管理层激励和约束机制;完善中小股东法律保护环境的对策建议,以期提高现金的管理效率。关键词:民营上市公司;股权结构;现金持有量研究类型:应用研究
