"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" 【摘要】有限元方法和软件技术在汽车结构分析中占据了极其重要的位置。应用 Hypermesh 软件,能够对复杂的车架结构进行有限元建模。分别从网格划分、焊点连接、施加载荷和约束等方面对某四驱越野车车架的建模过程进行了阐述。以有限元模型为基础,并根据有限元力学分析基本平衡方程,应用 OPTISTRUCT 求解器对车架模型进行了计算。得出了其相应的位移分布云图及最大位移点。通过计算车架的扭转角和扭转刚度,对车架进行了扭转刚度校核。关键词:车架;有限元;刚度;分析【Abstract 】Analytical method and software technology of finite element plays a very important role in automobile structural analysis. Using the Hypermesh software, we carry on finite element model for - plex frame structure. From grid division, spot connection, preload and constraint ,it describes the process modeling of some four wheel driven off- road vehicle' s frame. According to the static equation of finite ele- ment, we use OPTISTRUCT software and carry on putation of the frame base on the finite element model. We obtain displacement cloud chart and the biggest displacement node of the calculat- ing the angle of torsion and the torsional rigidity, we check the torsional rigidity of the frame.
