摘要定西是中国马铃薯之乡,马铃薯产业具有巨大的市场空间。但由于马铃薯生产和加工技术的落后,使得定西马铃薯产业缺乏竞争力。自从中国加入WTO以后,随着马铃薯的国内市场与国际市场接轨,国外发达国家的优质马铃薯品种和加工产业大量涌入挤占中国市场,再者,国内各省市的马铃薯产业的激烈竞争,这对定西马铃薯无疑是一个强大的冲击。因此对定西马铃薯产业进行经济分析和战略研究显得十分必要。本文结合理论知识,运用战略分析模式SWOT法,从优势、劣势、机遇和威胁等四个方面对定西马铃薯产业的发展现状进行分析研究,提出定西马铃薯产业发展的战略。

Study on SWOT Analysis and Strategic Thinking of Developing Potato Industry in Dingxi
Abstract Dingxi is the best city of potato production in china. the potato industry has a huge market the potato products of Dingxi are scarce petition as for undeveloped technology of potato cultivation and domestic market and international market of potato has connected with each other after Chinese entry into the WTO,then potato products with high quality made by developed countries will pouring into and occupy domestic market. Furthermore, With the petition of provinces and city in china,and this is undoubtedly a strong impact to Dingxi potato ,it is very necessary to analysis Dingxi potato industry in economic view and study its Strategic concerned. The present bining the theoretical knowledge and using strategic analysis by SWOT method to analyze its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the development for potato production development in Dingxi. And proposed the development strategy of Dingxi potato industry.
