在全国老龄化的背景下,如何让辛辛苦苦工作一辈子的老人们老有所养是一个我们必须面对的问题。嘉兴老龄化程度位居全省第一,已接近中度老龄化社会,嘉兴的养老市场面临着一场重大的变革。为此如何推动各种非公立机构组织,尤其是民营养老机构迅速发展,并使之逐渐成为多元化福利服务供给主体中的重要组成部分成为一个重要的课题。对民营养老产业的研究,有助于我们准确全面地认识民营养产业发展所要面临的实际困境,为其发展提供可行的建议和帮助。
本文根据嘉兴民营养老产业的实际情况,通过SWOT分析方法,系统地按照民营养老产业的内部优势、内部劣势、外部机会和外部威胁对民营养老产业在嘉兴的发展进行分析。并根据得出的结论提出了四个战略备案,希望可以推动嘉兴民营养老产业健康、快速的发展。

According to the private pension industry Jiaxing actual circumstance, through SWOT analysis method, systematically according to the private pension industry internal advantage, internal weaknesses, external opportunities and external threat to the private pension industry in the development of a case of Jiaxing in Zhejiang province is analyzed.
