论文在对物流产业理论的回顾基础上,分别运用统计方法和产业组织理论中的
S-C-P 范式对山西省产业结构现状和物流业发展现状进行分析,找出山西省产业结构
存在的问题以及物流业发展的现实问题;其次运用生态位理论对物流业发展与产业
结构优化的关系进行研究,从物流业生态位演化及生态位选择的角度分析物流业与
产业结构优化的关系,探讨基于产业结构优化的物流业生态位构建方略,并在对物
流业发展与区域产业结构调整的相关性进行研究的基础上,提出以物流业生态位选
择、构建实现物流业与三大产业间的协同共生,带动产业结构优化发展的理论范式;
最后在对山西省物流业发展现状分析以及生态位视角下物流业发展与产业结构优化
的关系研究的基础上,提出以物流业发展为抓手,促进三次产业协调优化发展的具
体举措,以及以发展物流业为突破口,促进山西省产业结构优化的共性举措,为制
定物流产业发展战略、优化物流产业结构、制定物流产业政策提供了理论参考和政
策建议。

ABSTRACT
This thesis analyzes the current situation of the industrial structure and
logistics industry by statistical method and the S-C-P paradigm and finds out
the problems that exist in the industrial structure and the development of
logistics in Shanxi Provence. Then, it studies the relationship between the
development of logistics and the optimization of industrial structure through
the theory of Niche. It also analyzes the relationship between logistics and
the optimization of industrial structure from the view of ecological evolution
and selection. At the same time, it discusses the construction of logistics
niche based on the optimization of industrial structure, and it puts forward a
theoretical pattern which is to realize the synergism between logistics and
three industries in order to develop the optimization of industrial structure by
selecting and constructing logistics niche. At last, based on the analysis of the
current situation of logistics and some researches of the relationship between
logistics and the optimization of industrial structure, it concretely analyzes
the requirement of logistics by three industries, and points out the measures
of development of logistics, which should bring into effect to improve three
industrial developments. It provides the theory evidence for enacting
