内容摘要伴随着各类组织对执行力的不断关注和深入探讨,教育工作者也在探索将执行力理论引入并应用于学校教育管理领域,形成了初步的理论和实践成果。但由于高校执行力建设是一项复杂的系统工程、是一个动态的过程,加之受主客观因素的影响,在实际工作中并不理想。我国高校发展的实践表明,执行力不强已经成为高校管理中的通病。在高等教育大众化发展背景下,提高执行力是高校把战略规划转化成为人才效益、社会效益的关键。本文从执行力的基本理论入手,着重阐述了高校执行力的相关问题,并以个案分析的形式,对A大学“十一五”规划的执行情况进行了研究。首先,提出问题,论述发展规划和执行力对于大学发展的必要性,并阐述二者之间存在的关系。然后,阐述理论基础,对与大学发展规划和执行力研究相关理论进行了阐述,包括战略管理理论,组织行为学理论,学习型组织理论,绩效管理理论。接着,分析问题,在对A大学“十一五”规划的执行情况进行比较分析和问卷分析的基础上,阐述了A大学
“十一五”规划执行情况存在的问题及原因。最后,解决问题,根据A大学“十一五”规划的执行情况,结合执行力理论及其相关理论基础,从四个方面提出提升A大学执行力的对策,包括:学校战略规划制定的规范、学校组织执行力的构建、个人执行力的提升和学校执行力文化的培育。关键词:大学“十一五”规划执行力实证研究 II
Abstract As various kinds anizations are continuing to make thorough discussions and researches on executive force , the theory of executive force was also applied for the field of school management by university workers, and it formed a preliminary achievements of the theory and practice.
