大学生犯罪的德育预防研究

摘要
当代大学生作为信息时代十分宝贵的人才资源,是祖国的未来,民族的希
望。加强和改进大学生思想道德建设,是党中央着眼于构建社会主义和谐社会
做出的一项重大决策,是关系国家前途、民族命运和人民群众根本利益的基础
工作、民心工程。目前大学生的思想道德素质状况的主流是好的,但是不难发
现一些令人担忧的现象,价值主体过于自我化,价值取向功利化,价值目标庸
俗化,行为方式迷茫,违法犯罪日趋严重。这种大学生违法犯罪现象不断上升
的趋势,引起了社会的关注。大学生违法犯罪具有的特殊性及带来的后果,使
他们的学业,身心健康受到严重的损害,给他们的亲人带去痛苦,同时使学校
的教育目标无法实现,国民素质得不到整体提高,影响构筑和谐社会的进程。
因此,文章借鉴教育学、心理学、社会学和法学的一些理论研究成果,综合学
者们关于大学生犯罪大量论证的基础上,从大学生的犯罪现状调查来分析大学
生犯罪的主客观因素;从德育角度构建预防犯罪的理论结构体系,明确德育预
防犯罪的客体内容;提出德育预防大学生犯罪的对策结构体系,以促进大学生
远离犯罪,健康成长,推动和谐社会的建设。

Abstract
The contemporary university students are valuable resources of
talents in information era .They are the future and hope of the nation.
Reinforcing and improving University Students' building of ideology and
ethic is a momentous decision which is made by the mittee
of the Party. And this project will concern the future of country ,the
destiny of nation and the fundamental interests of people .This project is
a basic and popular job .At present ,the main stream of the University
Students' moral condition is good .But it is clear that sometimes we
discover some worrying phenomena .Such as ,the self-centered value
view, the utility of value orientation, the collapse of spiritual props ,and
the increases of psychological barriers and crimes . The tendency that
University Students' crimes are rising has aroused the concern of
society. The particularity and consequence of University Students'
crimes have caused serious harm to their study and health in mind and
body, and make their family painful. Simultaneously, educational goal of
the university can't be realized, and the quality of whole nation can't be
enhanced, and they affect the advancement of constructing harmonious
