当代大学生文化行为现状及其对策研究

摘要

发展大学生文化、构建和谐校园,已经成为高校目前的普遍共识,作为高
校文化载体的大学生,具有怎样的文化行为,对整个社会文明的进程、对优秀
文化的传承、对高校和谐校园的构建具有文化基础作用。
本文通过对当代大学生读书求知、审美欣赏、参加文化艺术活动三方面文
化行为现状的分析,揭示了其鲜明的时代特征:从心理上看,当代大学生渴望
新知识但不求甚解;从目的上看,精神和实用性并重,实用性趋势明显;从方
式上看,以课堂为中心,社团、网络阵地趋势加强,多渠道地发展以提高自身
文化素质;从内容上看,注重实用性学科、对人文知识的淡漠;从效果上看,
积极适应社会和长期不利于自身素质提高的现象并存。显而易见:当代大学生
在文化行为上出现了误区:一是过分强调实用,讲求精神不够;二是趋向大众
文化,忽视高雅文化;三是注重现代网络,淡化传统读书;四是注重短期利益,
忽视长远发展。这样便失去了大学生应有的精神实质和欣赏层次,导致片面发
展,不利于自身全面素质的提高。究其原因,是一个完整的系统影响着大学生
的文化行为,其中不仅仅包括社会的,学校的、家庭的客观因素,也包括当代
大学生自身发展的主观因素。
本文运用思政教育学、行为学、教育心理学、文化学、社会学等交叉学科
知识,针对大学生文化行为中存在的问题,提出优化社会文化环境、加强高校
教育引导,家庭教育相互配合、以及通过当代大学生自身的内化等对策,以提
高其文化素质和文化修养,最终使当代大学生的文化行为朝着积极、健康、高
雅的方向发展。

Abstract

As the carrier of universities, colleges choose what kind of cluture
behavior, will react on the course of civilized society, on the eed of
excellence culture, on how to construct harmonious campus.
This thesis by analysis of three ways on study, enjoy and partice in
culture and art activity. it is found that their pletely reveal
the characteristics of the age. Psychologically, the college students are
eager to learn all kinds of knowledge without deeply studies; the aim of
their learning is in order to meet the spiritual and practical needs, and the
later is more important in their minds; the traditional class, combining
with the munities and the activities , make them improve
themselves quickly and roundly; they pay more attention to the practical
subjects rather than the arts. As a result, on the one hand, the college
students try their best to adapt the society; on the other hand, the
unfavorable factors still exist. The drawbacks in the college students’
activities can be drawn from the analysis. Firstly, they paid more attention
on the practical ones and ignored the spiritual ones. Secondly, popular
