摘要

增强实效性是党中央对马克思主义理论教育提出的一个重要课题,深入
研究马克思主义理论教育实效性的理论内涵、现状、原因及解决办法,对提
高马克思主义理论教育的效果,提高大学生的思想政治素质具有十分重要的
意义。
研究实效性问题首先要弄清楚实效性的内涵和精神实质。根据马克思主
义创始人、继承者的论述,马克思主义理论教育的实效性,一是指通过教育
增强对马克思主义的认同,具有坚定的信念,即真信;二是指通过教育能自
觉运用马克思主义原理去改造客观世界和主观世界,即真用。马克思主义理
论教育的实效性即真信和真用的统一。这一内涵和精神实质决定教育的出发
点和目的,也决定着教育的内容和方法。
研究实效性问题应客观估价目前高校马克思主义理论教育的现状。虽然
教育工作的主流是好的,但是面对市场经济大潮,功利主义抬头,马克思主
义无用论有所滋长;面对西方思潮,一些人对马克思主义产生困惑或怀疑;
面对社会的消极现象部分人产生了按马克思主义原则办事吃亏的心理,对学
风影响很大。这些问题进一步说明增强实效性刻不容缓。
增强马克思主义理论教育的实效性,必须勇于改革旧的教育模式,探索
适用于真学真用目的的教育模式。要建立健全体现实效性的教育考核体系,
要用真学真用充实教育内容,改进教育方法,优化教育环境。

Abstract

To boost the effectiveness of education of Marxist theory (EEMT) is a very important
subject put forward by the CPC mittee. An in-depth study on its theoretical
connotation, what it is, causes and solutions to it is exceedingly significant in enhancing EEMT
and university students’ ideological and political qualification.
The highest priority in the study is to keep a clear mind of its connotation and essential
nature. According to the statements of founders and essors to Marxism, as to EEMT ,the
first is to boost identification of oneself with Marxism, to make oneself have a confirmed belief
through education, that is to say, true faith for short. The second is to reconstruct subjective
world and objective one consciously through applying Marxist principles, that is to say, true
application for short. EEMT is the unity of true faith with true application, which determines
the focus and aim of education, what is educated and how to educate as well.
What EEMT stands should be evaluated objectively on the part of a study on EEMT.
Although the mainstream of education work is good in general, confronted with overwhelming
marketing economy, growing utilitarianism, those who hold the view that Marxism is of no use
