江苏省大中型工业企业自主创新能力评价及提升研究

摘要
随着科学技术的发展和市场竞争的日益加剧,自主创新已经成为企业生存与
发展的动力和不竭的源泉。如何加强企业自主创新的意识,完善企业自主创新体
系的建设,提高企业自主创新能力,是摆在企业面前一个亟待解决的问题。只有
科学而准确的评价企业自主创新能力的大小,才能够找到提升企业自主创新能力
的方法和途径。
本文在综合国内外有关自主创新和自主创新能力的相关理论的基础上,对自
主创新及自主创新能力的概念、特征及其内涵进行了详细的分析。然后对自主创
新能力的影响因素进行分析,并对以往评价指标进行阐述,在此基础上构建了企
业自主创新能力评价指标体系。随后,本文以江苏大中型工业企业为研究对象,
将 2007 年统计数据按照指标特点进行标准化处理,采用因子分析法对其进行评
价研究,通过评价分析,指出江苏大中型工业企业在自主创新活动中存在的问题,
如在科技投入存在不足、专利技术含量偏低和缺乏创新型人才等,并根据存在的
问题给出了相应的建议和对策。

ABSTRACT
As science and technology development and increasing petition,
independent innovation has e the enterprise survival and development, and an
inexhaustible source of power. How to enhance business awareness of independent
innovation, improve the enterprise independent innovation system, building, improving
the ability of independent pany, is placed in front of an urgent need to
solve business problems. Only scientific and accurate evaluation of the size of the
enterprise capability of independent innovation, enhance pany was able to
find their own ways and means of innovation.
In this paper, an integrated home and abroad about the ability of independent
innovation and independent innovation on the basis of relevant theories of independent
innovation and the concept of independent innovation capability, characteristics and
connotations carried out a detailed analysis. Independent innovation ability and then
analyze the impact of the factors, and evaluation indicators set out in the past, on this
basis, the ability of independent innovation of enterprises to build evaluation index
system Subsequently, this paper and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jiangsu
Province as the research object, and then in 2007 statistics, according to the characteristics
of standardized indicators using factor analysis to evaluate its research and analysis
based on the evaluation findings
