和谐社会视角下党内民主制度建设问题研究

摘要

党内民主制度建设问题是近年来理论界研究的热点。新时期、新阶段,
加强党内民主制度建设不仅是党的建设和发展的战略支点,也是社会主义民
主政治建设的关键,更是社会主义和谐社会的必然选择。本研究正是从社会
主义和谐社会的视角出发,以中国共产党党内民主制度建设为研究对象,立
足于解决中国共产党党内民主制度建设的现实问题,积极探索党内民主制度
建设的可行途径和方式,以期对扩大党内民主,发展社会主义民主政治以及
社会的和谐发展提供一些有益的参考。
本文按照“基本理论——现状分析——推进思路”的逻辑顺序进行布局。
全文的基本框架主要由五部分构成:第一部分是绪论。第二部分为和谐社会
与党内民主制度的基本理论阐释,并论述了社会主义和谐社会与党内民主制
度的关系。第二部分是中国共产党党内民主制度建设的现状分析。对这一问
题的论述主要从党内民主制度建设的主要成就、基本经验、现存问题及其成
因四个方面进行展开的。第三部分是和谐社会下党内民主制度建设的推进思
路。此部分是本研究的重点,分别从培育和提高党内民主意识、改革和完善
党内民主制度、创造和优化建设环境三个方面对党内民主制度建设进行了深
入的研究和探讨。第五部分是结束语。

ANGLE OF VIEW OF HARMONIOUS SOCIETY

ABSTRACT

The building of Inner-party democratic system has recently been a hot spot in
the theoretical circle. In the new time and stage , strengthening the building of
Inner-party democratic system is not only the strategic pivot of the building and
development of the party, is the key to the construction of socialist democratic
politics, is also the inevitable choice of a socialist harmonious society. This study
is precisely based on the angle of view of a socialist harmonious society, taking the
building of inner-party democratic system as the object of study, based on
resolving the practical problems of the building of inner-party democratic system,
and actively exploring the construction feasible ways and means of inner-party
democratic system under a socialist harmonious society, with a view to provide
some useful reference to the expanding inner-party democracy, the development of
the socialist democratic politics and the harmonious development of society.
