基于生态足迹模型的荆州市土地可持续利用评价及其路径研究

摘要
随着经济和社会的发展,可持续发展问题正日益受到各国政府和社会的关注。
土地是人类生产与生活的重要空间场所,是人类最宝贵的资源。而作为人类一切活
动的载体,土地的可持续利用显得尤为重要,土地可持续利用与人类的生存和发展
息息相关,土地的可持续利用与管理已经成为全人类共同追求的目标。当前我国土
地资源所面临的问题日趋严重,土地可持续利用与否,直接影响到一个国家和地区
的可持续发展。为此,本文以湖北省荆州市为例,展开土地可持续利用的研究。
本文首先阐述土地可持续利用的基本理论,构建实证研究和对策运用的理论基
础。在理论体系的指导下,系统考察荆州市土地利用的自然条件、经济条件和土地
特点、利用现状,剖析荆州市土地利用中存在的问题。接着对生态足迹模型进行深
入的分析,介绍生态足迹的基本概念、计算公式和方法,并对生态足迹分析方法进
行评价。通过选用生态足迹模型,对实例荆州市土地可持续利用情况进行评价计算,
完成生态土地分类,计算相应的生态容量,进行生态盈亏分析,结果表明,荆州市
土地利用总体上可持续程度不高,荆州市 2004 年生态赤字为。根据生
态足迹评价结果进行分析,诊断障碍土地可持续利用的主要因素,在此基础上从采
用可持续发展的人口政策、切实保护耕地、优化土地利用结构等七个方面提出实现
荆州市土地可持续利用切实可行的对策和建议,构建实现荆州市土地可持续利用的
路径。

Abstract
With the development of the society and economy, government and society pay more
attention to the issue of the sustainable development. The land, which is important space
of producing and living of mankind, is the most precious resources of human. Being the
carrier of all activities of the human beings, the sustainable land utilization shows so
important. Sustainable use of land resources is closely linked with subsistence and
development of human beings. Sustainable utilization and management of land resources
have e mon goal of the whole human beings. Now there appear some
serious problems of land utilization. The land sustainable use or not affects national and
local sustainable development directly. The thesis takes the Jingzhou of Hubei Province as
an example, analyzing the land sustainable utilization of the area.
The thesis summarizes the general theory for this study and concludes existing
studied results to explore the basic category for land resources of sustainable utilization,
establishes a theoretical foundation for proving study and policy undergoing. Directed by
