城市饮用水水源地保护研究
——以黄栗树水库为例
摘要
二十世纪八十年代以来,随着经济建设的发展,国内生态环境破坏、水体
污染日益严重,水资源的保护和水污染的治理日益为人们所关注,其中,饮用
水水源地的保护尤为紧迫。
黄栗树水库位于全椒县,属大二型水库,是安徽省十大水库之一,也是南京
都市圈核心圈层最大的淡水湖泊,具有生活供水、农业灌溉、防洪调蓄等多种
功能。根据规划,黄栗树水库将作为滁州市的饮用水源,并将作为南京市供水
备用水源,水库的水源保护极为必要。本文以黄栗树水库保护为对象对饮用水
水源地保护问题开展研究。
论文在对国内外水源地保护相关技术、方法进行分析、总结的基础上,以
全椒县城市总体规划为指导,从人口、经济、水环境与水资源等方面,对库区
现状和水质状况、主要污染源和主要污染物进行了调查和分析。据此,采用内
梅罗指数法对水库水质污染情况进行评价,并以综合营养状态指数对水库水体
营养状态进行评估,最后判定水库水质达到国家地表水Ⅱ类标准,且处于中营
养状态。
根据水质评价结果和水库发展功能定位,对黄栗树水库水源地的一级、二
级及准保护区进行了划分,提出了产业结构调整、人口迁移、生活污水和垃圾
处理、湿地保护等综合保护策略,并对村镇、移民点污水和垃圾处理提出了推
荐工艺。

——taking huanglishu reservoir as an example
Abstract
With the development of economic construction, national ecological destruction and
the increasingly serious water pollution, people pay more and more attention to the issue
between water resources protection and water pollution control, among them the protection
of drinking water sources is particularly urgent since the 1980's .
Huanglishu reservoir located at Quanjiao county, which is a sophomore Reservoir, is
one of the top ten reservoirs in Anhui Province, but also the largest freshwater in Nanjing
metropolitan area, with a domestic water supply, agricultural irrigation, flood regulation
and storage and other features. According to the plan, huanglishu reservoir will serve as
drinking water source of Chuzhou, and backup water source planning for Nanjing,so it is
necessary to develop the reservoir's water conservation. Taking the Huanglishu Reservoir
conservation an example, this paper discusses protection of potable water source district.
