我国民办高校大学章程研究
——一种内容分析的视角

完善而有效的大学章程是现代大学制度的重要标志,制定大学章程成为现代
大学制度建设的重要途径。民办高校大学章程作为大学自治的“小宪法”, 可以
保证民办高校在市场经济条件下按照教育客观实际来运行,实现学校自主管理。
但从实际情况来看,我国目前许多民办高校大学章程的形式和内容都存在着诸多
问题。本研究试图通过对我国民办高校大学章程的内容分析,提出一些改进和完
善的建议,旨在提高民办高校大学章程制定和实施的有效性,促进我国民办高校
依法治校。本文主要由五部分构成:
第一章,引言。主要介绍了问题提出的背景、研究目的、研究内容、文献综
述、研究意义、研究思路和研究方法。
第二章,民办高校大学章程的相关概念研究。主要对大学章程的涵义和功能、
民办高校大学章程的特质和内容体系进行研究和界定。
第三章,民办高校大学章程分析的标准构建。主要通过理论分析和事实分析
构建出我国民办高校大学章程内容的具体分析标准。
第四章,我国民办高校大学章程的内容分析。运用具体的内容分析标准,对
我国民办高校大学章程的内容体系、基本内容方面的相关规定进行具体分析,找
出其中存在的问题和原因。
第五章,我国民办高校大学章程的改进建议。主要针对我国民办高校大学章
程中存在的问题,提出一些改进和完善的建议。

Study on regulation of China private university
---from the Perspective of content analyze

Abstract
A perfect and effective university regulation is an important symbol of modern university
system. Establishing university regulation is an important way of building modern university
system. As a “mini- constitution” of autonomy of university, Regulation of private university
can guarantee private colleges run according to the objective reality of education in the market
economy and achieve the goal of the school self-management. But considering the actual
situation, many private colleges’ regulations have many problems in the form and content.
Through analyze the content of private universities’ regulations, this study tries to give some
improvement mendations to improve the effectiveness of the formulation and
implementation of private universities’ regulations and promote the process of private colleges’
management by Law. This paper consists of five parts:
Chapter I: Introduction. This part introduces the background issues, purpose, content,
literature review, research significance, research ideas and research methods.
