台商电子企业投资祖国大陆 20 多年来,其投资战略无论是在投资区域、投资方
式、还是投资规模、投资领域等各方面均发生了比较显著的变化,而台商电子制造业
企业投资大陆的战略并非完全遵循市场中的投资法则,既有一般的经济规律,又有特
殊环境下产生的特殊情况。本文探讨了对外投资的相关理论和文献,分析台商电子企
业大陆投资战略,发现其具有阶段性演变的特征,可以明显的划分为三个阶段。论文
以此为基础, 分析每个阶段台商投资战略演变进程和特点,分析影响台商电子业企业
大陆投资战略发生变化的因素:大陆投资环境的变化、两岸产业分工和结构的变化、
两岸经贸政策和两岸政治关系、劳动力成本、投资成本、市场环境等方面。最后预测
台商电子企业投资战略变化发展的趋势。并以明基友达集团为例,以案例的方式论证
本文的有关论点。

Taiwanese electronics manufacturing investment strategy in
Mainland China Stage characteristics and motives of
conversion research
--Use AU group as an example
Abstract
Taiwanese electronics enterprises invest in mainland China for 20 years, in terms of
investment region, investment way, investment scale, investment scope and other aspects
of investment have more significant changes, while the Taiwanese electronics manufactory
enterprises who invest in mainland China are not entirely follow the evolution of
investment ways in marketing. There are general economic laws and special situations
during special circumstances.
This paper reviews the related theories of Taiwanese investment in mainland China;
divides the history of Taiwanese electronics enterprises invest in mainland China into three
phases; and analyze the evolution and features of Taiwanese investment strategy.
This paper, based on qualitative analysis, established the change factors of Taiwanese
investment in mainland China: the changes of mainland investment environment; Taiwan
and mainland China industrial division and structural changes, Taiwan and mainland China
economic and trade policies and the impact of political relations of Taiwan and mainland
