摘要

企业作为社会经济的细胞,在追求利润目标的同时,必须承担相应的社会责任,
民营企业也不例外。目前我国正处于从计划经济向市场经济的转型期,民营企业在多
种社会责任上有所缺失,引起了严重后果。为了保证民营企业健康发展,必须着力构
建其社会责任的体系。
本文采取理论研究和案例分析相结合发方法,首先从理论上对企业社会责任研究
进行梳理,进而对转型期我国民营企业履行社会责任的现状进行描述和分析,尝试从
民营企业自身、政府以及社会多重角度为促进民营企业社会责任的履行提出解决方案
和策略,最后总结了国内优秀的民营企业——复星医药履行社会责任的成功案例。论
文研究的基本思路是提出问题-分析问题-解决问题。
本文研究的目的是对民营企业的社会责任进行系统的分析,分析民营企业社会责
任的现状、社会责任缺失的原因、强化的对策;并期望通过系统的分析为民营企业的
健康发展提供一个思路和导向,进而提高民营企业的竞争力,使其积极投入全球的竞
争浪潮中。

Abstract

As a socio-economic cell, enterprise should bear the associated social responsibility
while pursuing the corporate profit, and the private enterprise is of no exception. China is
currently transforming from a planned economy to a market economy, the lack of social
responsibility in private enterprise has been causing serious consequences. To ensure the
healthy development of private enterprises, we must make great efforts on building the
social responsibility system of the private enterprise.
Based on the theoretical research and case studies, this paper firstly introduced and
sorted out the theory of corporate social responsibility, and then described and analyzed the
status quo of the Chinese private enterprises fulfilling their social responsibility in the
transition period. Finally, it put forward solutions and strategies on urging private
enterprise to fulfill the social responsibility from the perspective of the private enterprise
itself, the government, and the society. At the end of this paper, there is a case study on the
essful fulfilling of corporate social responsibility of Fosun Phar
