三言二拍中的明代公案小说

摘要

三言二拍中的公案小说是我国公案小说史上一朵艳丽的奇葩,这些作品以其生
动的人物形象,巧妙的艺术表现手法,深刻的思想内容,代表着我国公案小说的
最高成就。本论文以三言二拍中的明代公案小说为研究对象,通过作品解读与分
析,概括论述了三言二拍中的明代公案小说的思想价值、艺术特色,并对其对后
来小说的影响进行了一定的探讨。
本论文共分有四部分:第一部分绪论;第二部分介绍公案小说的范畴与流变;
第三部分概括归纳出三言二拍中的明代公案小说类型,三言二拍中的明代公案小
说共有 43 篇,私情公案 8 篇,奸情公案 11 篇,家庭纠纷公案 6 篇,谋财公案 12
篇,徇私枉法公案 2 篇,其他 4 篇。分析了其表现晚明社会痼疾与时代精神的思
想内容:揭示了社会物欲横流、道德沦丧的现象;揭露了封建官吏的种种罪行;
对清官与社会正义的企盼;反映了时代精神。剖析了其凸现文体自觉与文人化特
点的小说艺术,主要表现在五个方面:题材类型意识的增强;文体意识的增强;
案件类型丰富,同中有异;官吏形象塑造的立体化;议论与说教成分的增加。这
一部分是本论文的主体部分,所费笔墨也颇多。第四部分探讨三言二拍中的明代
公案小说对后来小说的影响。三言二拍之后,公案小说与侠义小说逐渐合流,侠
义公案小说产生,在清代中期,侠义公案小说的创作达到了高潮。三言二拍中的
明代公案小说对侠义公案影响有三个方面:影响了侠义公案小说中清官形象的塑
造,长篇喜议论和说教的特点影响到了侠义公案小说,世俗化题材内容的影响。

Abstract

The courtcase stories in Sanyan Erpai are beautiful as the flower in the history of
Chinese courtcase story. These stories are presenting the most achievement of Chinese
ancient courtcase story, for its vivid character image, the skillful art expression means,
the profound ideological content. The thesis take the courtcase story of Ming dynasty
in Sanyan Erpai for study object, analyses, summarizes the thought value and artistic
feature of courtcase story of Ming dynasty in Sanyan Erpai, and discusses its the novel
influence on the courtcase story after Sanyan Erpai.
The thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter is introduction. The second
chapter introduces category and changes of courtcase story of Ming dynasty in Sanyan
Erpai. The third chapter induces the style of courtcase story of Ming dynasty in Sanyan
Erpai. There have 43 articles in courtcase story of Ming dynasty in Sanyan Erpa: love
courtcase story 8, adultery courtcase story 11, family quarrel 6, courtcase for wealth 12,
