铁路施工企业工程项目成本控制研究

摘要

随着国民经济的发展,我国的铁路建设迅速腾飞,铁路建设项目众多、投
资巨大,铁路施工企业迎来了难得的发展机遇,但铁路施工企业的成本控制研
究和应用相对滞后。随着经济体制改革的不断深化,铁路施工建筑市场全面开
放,竞争机制逐渐形成,铁路施工企业的生产和管理发生了深刻的变化,工程
项目成本控制成为决定铁路施工企业市场竞争力的关键,是铁路工程项目管理
的核心内容。因此,研究铁路施工企业工程项目成本控制对提高铁路施工企业
市场竞争力具有十分重要的现实意义。
本文旨在揭示当前铁路施工企业成本控制现状,督促企业强化内部成本管
理,促进我国铁路施工企业成本控制走上规范化、制度化轨道,提高企业经济
效益。文章首先论述了本文的选题背景、研究内容及国内外研究现状,继而对
工程项目成本控制理论进行了概括论述,在此基础上,分析了我国铁路施工企
业工程项目成本控制的现状及存在的问题,并提出了加强铁路施工企业工程项
目成本控制的对策,然后以某企业集团为例对我国铁路施工企业工程项目成本
控制进行了实证分析,最后对全文进行了总结。本文所提出的这些建议的观点
对铁路施工行业及广大施工企业都具有指导性意义,这也是本文研究的目的所
在。

ABSTRACT

With the development of the national economy, china's railway construction
is growing rapidly. There are a number of the railway construction projects and
huge investment, which bring about rare opportunities for the railway construction
company. As the cost control study and application of the railway construction
enterprises fall behind. The railway construction market will be fully open, the
competitive system gradually is formed, the production and management of railway
construction enterprises is being changed deeply with the continuous deepening of
the economic system reform. The cost control of project will e the
competitive key to decide petitiveness of the railway construction
enterprise market. Therefore researching the cost control of project will be a great
practical significance for the railway construction enterprises.
