Abstract

Since the disintegration of the small-scale scattered self-sufficient
peasant-economy, the enterprise has e the main way of social
production gradually. No matter which year it begins that we research the
economic questions, economic system is that some persons use the capital
given to develop and process some resources and produce the final goods.
The final goods are divided into two parts: one is the capital product, the
other is the consumer goods. The capital product is the tool and means of
mankind to obtain the consumer goods while the consumer goods is the
ultimate goal of the human economic activities. Produce and consume are
split each other by corporation produce and can't be united. Enterprises
need profits to make investments and residents need es to consume.
The national e is distributed between enterprise and resident. The
investment-consumption ratio determined by the distribution rate just
makes the enterprise’s accumulative capital give play to all productivity.
The value of the produced consumer goods just means resident's demand
for the consumer goods under the stable condition of the price.
Meanwhile, national economy reaches the equilibrium and the clearing
market appears. The deviation between investment-consumption ratio and
objective demand, no matter in socialist market economy or capitalist
market economy, will lead to economic fluctuations. This text explains
national economic fluctuation and balance with the ratio of Investment to
consumption, finds out the orbit that economy increases steadily, avoids
the rise and fall of economic development.
