摘要
啤酒产业是我国竞争最激烈的产业之一。自 1995 年以来,我国啤酒产业进入整
合扩张阶段,产业竞争格局发生了重大变化,啤酒企业规模越来越大大,产业集中
度越来越高;同时,资本运作、品牌竞争成为企业竞争的重要手段,外资企业的进
入更是加剧了竞争的激烈程度。燕京啤酒集团曾是我国啤酒产业的领军企业,但是
近年来发展明显滞后于青岛啤酒、华润雪花啤酒。在当前全球金融危机的宏观环境
下,燕京啤酒集团应该如何进行正确的战略决策,已成为企业迫切需要解决的问题。
本文以燕京啤酒集团为研究对象,首先利用 PEST 模型、五种竞争力模型、产业
生命周期模型等分析工具深入分析了企业所面临的外部宏观环境、产业环境及中国
啤酒产业的发展现状与趋势,找出了燕京啤酒集团所面临的来自外部环境的机会与
威胁;然后,利用 VIRO 模型对啤酒企业的核心竞争力进行了识别,并且明确了燕
京啤酒集团所具有的优势与劣势;最后通过 SWOT 分析提出了燕京啤酒集团可行的
发展战略及实施建议。在研究过程中,本文利用了零售终端市场研究的一手数据,
这使得本文的研究更具有实证研究的性质,从而提高了研究结果的实用性。笔者希
望本文的分析与结论能帮助燕京啤酒集团进一步巩固核心竞争力,建立起未来的竞
争优势。

Abstract
The beer industy is one of the petitive lines in our country. Since
1995,The Chinese beer industry has entered into the period of merger and
petition Pattern has tremendously changed,and the beer enterprise scale
e much bigger than before ,the beer industry concentration ratio has rised much
more; In the meantime, capital operation and petition has e the main
competitive means , and the foreign beer enterprise swarmed into china make the
petition more fiercer. Yanjing beer group in the 1990s was China's beer
industry leader. But in recent years, The development velocity of the Yanjing Group
obviously lag in Tsingtao Beer Group, China Resources Snow Breweries. In the global
financial crisis, it has e the urgent needs for yanjing beer group to make the rigth
strategy and maintain the sustainable development of pany.
Based on Yanjing beer group as the research object, First,according to PEST model,
five-force model,industry-life-cycle model and so on,this article in-depthly analysed
external macro environment , industrial environment and the development situation of
Chinese beer industry, and found out the Yanjing beer group’s opportunities and threats
e from the external environment;Then, using the model of VIRO analysed the
