导电聚苯胺防腐蚀涂料的制备及其性能分析

摘要
聚苯胺(PAn)与常规缓蚀剂如铬酸盐、钼酸盐等相比没有任何
的环境副作用,是一种符合时代和科技发展的绿色缓蚀剂,从而
成为当前研究最多的导电高分子材料。本文以改进聚苯胺的合成
方法,提高聚苯胺防腐性能和增强聚苯胺实用化为目的,主要讨
论了合成方法对聚苯胺性质的影响,聚苯胺防腐涂层的制备工艺
对聚苯胺防腐性能的影响,以及聚苯胺涂料的防腐机理。主要研
究内容如下:
(本征态和掺杂态),经红外光谱图分析显示,掺杂态聚苯胺与本征
态聚苯胺相比,聚苯胺链中的醌式氮原子的振动吸收峰红移了
32cm-1。由热失重分析结果可知本征态 PAn 比掺杂态 PAn 的分解
温度约高出 100℃。交流阻抗测量结果表明用不同方法合成的 PAn
中,以化学合成的聚苯胺的反应电阻为最小,活性最高。综合分
析,化学合成的本征态聚苯胺更适合于制备聚苯胺防腐涂料。
。将化学合
成的聚苯胺(EB)溶解于 NMP 中,涂敷于碳钢试样上成膜后,分别
浸入 %NaCl 和 溶液中,电化学研究结果显示该聚
合物能提高金属的腐蚀电位,钝化金属,从而具有防腐效果,其
防腐性能比传统共轭聚合物聚苯乙烯(PS)好。
Abstract
Polyaniline as a corrosion inhibitor has no any environmental
side-pare with other conventional corrosion inhibitors, such
as chromate、molybdenumate etc.,and it is a green corrosion inhibitor
accord with times and science development, so it es a
maximum investigated electroactive conducting polymer. The main
proposes of the paper are to ameliorate the ways of polyaniline
synthesis,and improve the anticorrosive performance of polyaniline,
and buildup practicality. The paper has main discussed the influence
that synthesis ways to polyaniline’s character and prepared technics of
polyaniline coating to anticorrosive performance, and discussed the
anticorrosive mechanism of polyaniline. The papper has the following
conclusions:
Firstly, the paper has synthesized different configurative
polyaniline (EB and ES) by chemically and electrochemical methods.
IR spectra showed quinoid ring of doped polyaniline condition shifted
32CM-1 to low pared with emeraldine condition. Hot
stability analysis showed the posed temperature of doped
polyanilne decreased about 100℃ than emeraldine polyaniline. The
electrical conductivities of chemically and electrochemical
synthesized polyailine and doped polyaniline are ×10-4 S·cm-1、
·cm-1 and ×10-4 S·cm-1 separated, and react
