文档介绍:东北大学硕士学位论文摘要摘要以相似定律为理论基础,在实验室建立了连铸中间包物理模型,对鞍钢新轧钢一炼钢大方坯4机4流连铸中间包结构进行了物理模拟和现场应用实验研究。根据原型中间包的几何形状和尺寸,在实验室中以1:,在物理模拟实验中保持弗鲁德准数相等进行模拟实验。测定中间包流体流动停留时间分布曲线,得到不同结构的中间包的流体流动特性。物理模拟研究的结果表明,原结构的中间包同一侧的两流之间的流体流动特性存在很大差异,与内侧流相比,外侧流的最小停留时间、峰值时间短和活塞体积分率小, 死区体积大的缺点。采用优化后的湍流控制器及导流隔墙组合的中间包控流装置,外侧流和内侧流的停留时间分布曲线趋于一致,表明5'I-N流和内侧流之间的流动特性相接近。实验测定的结果表明,中|、日J包结构优化后,外侧流和内侧流之间的最小停留时间相差1秒,峰值时间相差0秒,平均停留时间相差18秒。中问包结构优化后,各流的流动特性也得到了改善。与原方案相比,1流和 2流的最小停留时间分别提高了81%和22%,峰值时间分别提高119%和15%, 活塞流体积分率分别增加110%和17%,死区体积分率分别下降35%和22%。优化后的中间包结构现场应用结果表明,钢水和铸坯中的夹杂物的粒度小, 90%。现场实验发现采用湍流控制器还可以减少中间包钢水和铸坯中的不规则外来夹杂物。中间包结构优化后,夹杂物去除率提高,%%。关键词:中间包,湍流控制器,结构优化,物理模拟,现场应用查!!垄兰三堡翌主堂竺丝查塑墨 Study on Tundish Configurmion Optimization inBloom Continuous Casting ABSTRACT Using law ofsimilarity astheacademic base,physical modeling and industrial application have been carried outinthe4-strand bloom tundish inAngang New Steel Co.,Ltd by made atundish model inthelaband atthesteelmakingplant pany,respectively.
