产业分化下我国民航客运产业组织研究

摘要
近年来,国内民航客运业取得了长足的进步,民营航空公司先后进入,三
大航及各地方航空公司励精图治,使得原先的市场环境和竞争格局较以往发生
了很大的变化。国内外从产业组织角度对民航业进行的研究取得了一些最新的
成果,但市场的变化呼唤新的研究方法与解决途径。
本文紧跟行业发展最新动态,在采用产业经济学经典的 SCP 分析思路的前
提下,首先提出问题,指出现有研究最大的不足在于对民航产业认识不足,产
业内外边界模糊。文章从产业分化角度出发,指出民航客运业研究中进行产品
和市场细分的必要性并提出民航产业细分的方法。
在戡定民航产业内外边界、进行产业细分的基础上,文章从两个角度进行
展开。一方面,将民航客运业与上下游关联产业进行综合考虑,探究旅行社、
机场等关联密切的行业对于民航产业的影响,以更为广阔的视角考察行业发展
的状况。另一方面,文章系统引入微观规制经济学的理论,探究民航产业内外
交叉补贴和取脂行为,为民航产业研究拓展新的思路。
本文的分析,以产业分化为柱石,以产业互动为支撑,借助微观规制经济
理论,在产业组织理论经典框架下注入新的方法和内容,试图构筑起国内民航
客运的清晰的图谱,为行业发展提供有益的思考。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, domestic passenger aviation industry has made considerable progress,
the private airlines have entered, the three local airlines and aircraft let's make the
original patterns petitive market environment than ever undergone a great
change. anizations at home and abroad from the perspective of the civil
aviation industry has achieved some of the latest research results, but research in this
area still remain in the traditional methods and ideas on.
In this paper, keeping up with the latest developments development of the industry in
the use of industrial economics classic ideas of SCP under the premise of the first
question, pointed out that the inadequacy of existing research is the largest civil
aviation industry insufficient understanding of the industry and outside fuzzy borders,
the article introducing "competition the scope of the market, "the concept of
differentiation from the industry point of view, pointing out that the Civil Aviation
passenger industry research product and market segmentation and the need for civil
aviation industry breakdown of the proposed method.
