中文摘要

联合国教科文组织在《学会生存》中指出:“最近的各种实验表明,许多工业体
系中的新管理程序,都可以实际应用于教育,不仅在企业范围可以这样做,而且
在一个教育机构内部也可以这样做。”随着 ISO9000 质量管理体系的发展和完善,
它已经抽象成为一种通过过程管理与控制来确保质量的管理体系,适用于所有行
业,也包括教育领域。然而,在实际的实施效果中,不同学校存在很大的差异,
为了寻找存在这种差异性的原因,本文以江阴某职业学校为例,立足实证,从中
职学校实施效果出发,分析实施效果和实施 ISO9000 质量管理体系的众多影响因
素之间的关系,探究影响中职学校实施 ISO9000 质量管理体系的成功因素。
本文采用理论研究和实证研究相结合的研究方法,通过各有关文献理论的阅
读和提炼,对学校管理者、负责 ISO9000 执行的相关人员和企业人事干部进行访
谈,并结合个案分析提出研究假设。在此基础上,设计相关的调查问卷,对全校
教职工进行数据的收集,并通过 SPSS 社会科学统计软件进行统计分析,基本证实
了原研究假设。
文章主要由五章节组成:第一章:绪论,说明选题的理由并分析现状。第二
章:本文研究的理论基础,包括中职学校教育管理理论以及 ISO9000 质量管理体
系相关理论。第三章:访谈、案例分析以及研究假设的提出,通过访谈、调查问
卷的形式进行数据的收集。第四章:实证研究,对数据进行处理,得到相关统计
结果。第五章:结论,根据统计结果得出本研究的结论,以及对相关因素进行讨
论,并提出几点思考。

Abstract

The masterpiece, “Learning To Be: The Word of Education Today and Tomorrow”
which is Published by United Nations Educational, Scientific and anization,
pointed out that all manner of experiments showed the feasibility of applying the
management system of industry into education. This is not just suitable for a nation, but
also for an educational institution. Its development and perfection made it an abstract
management system, which keeps the quality by process control and suitable for all
fields of life, including education. But the actual effects are diverse, in order to ensure
the ess and expectable effects, the thesis aims at finding the key factors that affect,
the secondary professional school’s implementation of ISO9000 standard.
